paul had a 26-year career in the weighing industry, starting as a trainee service engineer with Salter Weigh-Tronix, then going on to work for Avery Weigh-Tronix, Straightpoint and then ending as owner and Managing Director of Solent Scale Services Ltd before the company’s successful sale and acquisition in 2021. As part of that career, Paul was invited to join the UK Weighing Federation, board of directors on which he served from October 2015 until March 2022. Paul took the position as Managing Director of UKMB following the company’s incorporation in February 2022 and brings a broad range of business experience to the UKMB team to ensure continuity of services
